We have just launched a new fundraising effort, intended to help us keep Liberty News TV on the air with your support. Along with donations from individuals, we're looking for the help of a handful of socially responsible businesses, to become regular sponsors of the show.
How Liberty News TV Sponsorship Works:
How does it work? It's very simple. You agree to become a Liberty News TV sponsor for one year, at a flat rate of $500 per episode, payable once per month. We send you a coupon book, and you write us a check every month.
Is this advertising? No. Because Liberty News TV is shown on public access television, we can not accept or broadcast advertisements or commercial endorsements on our program. Think of it along the lines of how public television handles sponsorships.
Can anybody do it? We reserve the right to say no to businesses that engage in destructive environmental, social or scientific practices or manufacturing. In other words, we're looking for companies that are pro-consumer, pro-community, pro-environment and pro-social reform. For example, we're interested in working with alternative energy providers or dealers, organic farmers, seed companies, local vineyards, bicycle makers, publishers, and other progressive groups and organizations.
What does sponsorship do for my company? Along with the obvious, most important benefit of keeping a progressive viewpoint (which we like to call the truth) in front of the mainstream public, sponsorship of our show gets a lot of visibility for your way of doing business. It demonstrates to our national audience of viewers that you care about the things that are really important to them.

Category Specific--We will only be accepting one sponsor in each product or service category. For example, our first sponsor, Olive Films, distributes art and political films. We will not accept another sponsorship from an online film seller/distributor. That slot is filled, and it's first-come-first-serve.
Public Thank You!--All sponsors will be thanked in the credits of each of the 12 Liberty News TV episodes they sponsor over the course of the year. That thank you includes a copy of your logo and a web address as part of the show credits.
Home Page Link--As a sponsor of LNTV, your company also will be listed for 12 months on our home page, www.libertynewstv.com, with a logo that links to your company's home page.
Demographics--At present, Liberty News TV is shown on Free Speech TV, part of the DISH network, which reaches 18 million homes all over the United States. All programs also stream in real time on the Internet at www.libertynewstv.com, and online viewership has grown dramatically. We had about 5,000 viewings of one segment in May, and about 3,000 viewings of the entire show in June; 4,000 in July. LNTV also broadcasts several times each week on public access TV stations in six states.
